The customer service center for Rolex is a vital representation of the brand's commitment to excellence, emphasizing the importance of service from purchase to repair. Previously designed with a long table where staff and customers sat across from each other, the layout lacked privacy, making interactions less personal.

In the reimagined service center, we introduced individual servicing booths that flow harmoniously within the space, enabling one-on-one private consultations through pre-booking. Each booth features a circular form, inspired by the elegant shape of watches and the iconic circular windows of Jardine House in Central. Crafted from a series of carefully tilted wooden fins, the booths are not fully enclosed, allowing natural light to filter in and offering glimpses of the surroundings while maintaining the privacy of the customer.

Upon entering, customers are greeted by a welcoming lounge and concierge area, setting a refined tone before they are escorted to their designated booth. This design not only enhances the overall aesthetic of the space but also transforms the customer experience, elevating Rolex's service to a luxurious level. By prioritizing privacy and comfort, we aim to create an environment that reflects the brand's dedication to quality and exclusivity.
